Ruiner Felicia is an EX Skin for Nergigante in TEPPEN. She was added to the game via the 30 MINUTES.EXE expansion, where she debuted on the 4th Anniversary Pack 1 on July 6, 2023.

Ruiner Felicia can be acquired via Special Packs (gacha) which can only be bought with the premium currency Jewels, go to Home Screen → Cards → Edit Deck → Change Skin → View Purchased Card Packs in-game to check its current availability.
