The TEPPEN NEW YEAR TOURNAMENT 2021 was an online competition held on February 14, 2021.
About[]
This tournament was connected to the TEPPEN NEW YEAR CUP 2021 where its top ranked players would have a priority to enter it. It was originally announced that sixteen players would be able to play, however this was eventually changed to eighteen due to an internal misunderstanding.[1]
Players could enter between January 25–29, 2021.[2]
The competition was broadcasted live in Narikawa's YouTube channel and then at the PlayTEPPEN Asia YouTube channel for the final matches. Narikawa was present at the latter's broadcast as a guest and caster while コーリー (Kōrī) was the MC and second caster. The English version was streamed on the PlayTEPPEN Twitch channel and later uploaded to its YouTube channel. TheThirstyGames was a caster alongside Madelyn as the MC.

- kuran was also the winner of the TEPPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020.
- memiot was the only non-Japanese player in the tournament.
