The second obstacle to B. B. Hood's plan was the security system controlling access to the [VIP floor]. In order to sneak in, she'd need to use a [VIP room key] at either the VIP elevator or the cargo elevator.
That was how Excella Gionne, who was staying in [VIP Room 503], caught her eye. By stealing a security paintball and using it on Excella, she planned to force her victim back to her room and tail her onto the elevator.
