Expansions

The Expansions in TEPPEN are major updates which usually involve the addition of a brand new card set, Hero, mechanics, among other things.

The Force Seekers	Announced: December 21, 2019 during the TEPPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2019. Released: January 7, 2020.	An expansion based around the Street Fighter series. Akuma added as a Hero. Ascended added as a new ability. Evil Ryu added as the game's first EX Skin.
Haunted by Memories	Announced: February 21, 2020 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #1. Released: March 2, 2020.	An expansion based around the Mega Man series. Zero added as a Hero. Memory and ∞ Revenge added as new abilities.
Adventures of a Tiny Hero	Announced: May 24, 2020 (unnamed expansion in the official site, but Felyne's information was disclosed). Released: July 1, 2020.	An expansion based around the Monster Hunter series. Felyne added as a Hero. The tribe mechanic was revamped. "Steal" added as new mechanic.
The Tale of Amatsu no Kuni	Announced: September 18, 2020 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #4. Released: October 1, 2020.	An expansion based around the Ōkami and Sengoku BASARA series. Amaterasu added as a Hero. Ōkami and Sengoku BASARA series added to the game. Crush added as a new ability. Night's Butterfly added as the game's second EX Skin (unobtainable on release). Kami and Spirit added as new tribes.
The Battle of Amatsu no Kuni	Announced: December 27, 2020 during the TEPPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020. Released: January 5, 2021.	An expansion based around the Ōkami and Sengoku BASARA series. Oichi added as a Hero. Art Charge 4 added as a new variation of the "Art Charge" ability.
A Dark Agenda	Announced: February 19, 2021 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #6. Released: March 1, 2021.	An expansion based around the Resident Evil and Strider series. Ada Wong added as a Hero. Strider series added to the game.
Ace vs. The People	Announced: April 16, 2021 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #7. Released: April 30, 2021.	An expansion based around the Ace Attorney series. Ace Attorney and Dead Rising series added to the game. Evidence and Present added as new abilities. Art Charge 5 and 10 added as new variations of the "Art Charge" ability. Phoenix Wright added as the game's third EX Skin.
Dragons of War	Announced: June 18, 2021 via the official site. Released: July 1, 2021.	An expansion based around the Breath of Fire III and Monster Hunter Riders. Breath of Fire series added to the game. Quest added as a new ability. Nina added as the game's fourth EX Skin.
Island of Fear	Announced: August 20, 2021 via the official site. Released: September 1, 2021.	An expansion based around Resident Evil Revelations 2. Victory renamed to Decimate. 5 Revenge added as a new ability. MP Boost: 100 added as a new variation of the "MP Boost" ability.
Mission of Ruin	Announced: October 22, 2021 via the official site. Released: November 5, 2021	Faith added as a new ability. Art Charge 3 added as a new variation of the "Art Charge" ability.
Breath of Resistance	Announced: December 17, 2021 via the TEPPEN AWARD 2021. Released: January 5, 2022	Red Earth series added to the game. Coordination added as a new ability. Sengoku Machine Armor added as the game's fifth EX Skin.
Defying the Light	Announced: February 18, 2022 via social media. Released: March 1, 2022	Unleash added as a new ability.
Genma Onslaught	Announced: April 15, 2022 via social media. Released: April 28, 2022	An expansion based around the Onimusha series and Monster Hunter Rise. Onimusha series added to the game. Immolate added as a new ability.
Super Spooky Village	Announced: June 24, 2022 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #13. Released: July 1, 2022	An expansion based around Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection and Resident Evil: Village. Ghosts 'n Goblins series added to the game. Cammy added as the game's sixth EX Skin.
Jurassic Rampage	Announced: August 26, 2022 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #14. Released: September 1, 2022	An expansion based around the Dino Crisis and Resident Evil series. Dino Crisis series added to the game. Invasion added as a new ability.
Operation Cannon Spike	Announced: October 24, 2022 Released: November 1, 2022	An expansion based around the Cannon Spike series and Mega Man X. Bionic Commando and Cannon Spike series added to the game. Specialist added as a new ability.
Sigma's Invasion	Announced: December 16, 2022 via the TEPPEN AWARD 2022. Released: January 5, 2023	An expansion based around Mega Man X and the Resident Evil series. CROSS×BEATS series added to the game. Mark of Akatsuki added as a new ability. Vergil added as the game's seventh EX Skin.
Turnabout Festival	Announced: February 24, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #16. Released: March 1, 2023	An expansion based around the Ace Attorney and Resident Evil series. Haunting Ground and Otoranger series added to the game.
Demon Dogfight	Announced: April 21, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #17. Released: April 28, 2023	An expansion based around the Darkstalkers series and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
30_MINUTES.EXE	Announced: June 23, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #18. Released: July 3, 2023	An expansion based around Mega Man Battle Network and the Street Fighter series. Burn added as a new ability. Ruiner Felicia added as the game's eighth EX Skin.
The Daymare Diary	Announced: August 25, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #19. Released: September 1, 2023	An expansion based around Resident Evil 2 and the Monster Hunter series. Frenzy and Frenzied added as new abilities.
THE BEAUTIFUL 8	Announced: October 27, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #20. Released: November 1, 2023	An expansion based around Devil May Cry and the Monster Hunter series. Cyberbots and Megami Meguri series added to the game.
Absolute Zero	Announced: December 22, 2023 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #21. Released: December 27, 2023	An expansion based around Resident Evil and the Mega Man Zero series. Lost Planet series added to the game. Energy added as a new ability. Hiryu added as the game's ninth EX Skin.
Schoolyard Royale	Announced: March 22, 2024 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #22. Released: April 1, 2024	An expansion based around Rival Schools and Mega Man X. Rival Schools series added to the game.
The Desperate Jailbreak	Announced: June 21, 2024 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #23. Released: July 1, 2024	An expansion based around Devil May Cry and Monster Hunter. Overload added as a new ability. Iris added as the game's tenth EX Skin.
Metro City of the Dead	Announced: September 20, 2024 during the TEPPEN HEADLINE #24. Released: October 1, 2024	An expansion based around Street Fighter 6 and Dead Rising.

Further notes

• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Felyne and its expansion were announced in an unusual manner.
• All flavor texts in the Adventures of a Tiny Hero expansion are on the perspective of Felyne, this is the only expansion that has done such a thing.
• When The Tale of Amatsu no Kuni released, the Night's Butterfly Morrigan skin was unobtainable, it was only seen during Amaterasu's Hero Story. The skin first became available on October 15, 2020 via the TEPPEN SPECIAL PACK 3 and afterwards with subsequent promotional packs.
• The Tale of Amatsu no Kuni and The Battle of Amatsu no Kuni are the only expansions where all cards added were based on the Ōkami and Sengoku BASARA series.
  • Dragons of War is another expansion which only features cards based on the Breath of Fire, Monster Hunter and Mega Man series.
• Starting from Ace vs. The People, every subsequent expansion did not add a new Hero.
• Island of Fear was the first expansion where a cinematic trailer was not released to promote it.
